I am not the type of person who typically writes reviews, but every now and then you come across a company who goes so far beyond your expectations that they they deserve to have others hear what a great job they did. I wanted several gates replaced on my home, they were old and the ones that came with the house years ago so they were weathered and rusty. I also wanted a security gate installed into my entryway. All Custom Iron came out and discussed my options with me, gave suggestions and created sketches of what a custom iron security gate could look like, along with the other gates to match it. They were a reasonable price, and we agreed on a 4 to 6 week timeframe.
Exactly six weeks later I received a call that the pieces were finished and we can arrange the install. The crew showed up on time, were polite and informative about the process, and were wearing uniforms with the name of the business on them. They completed the job in less than two hours without any issues. The products that were installed were beyond anything I could have imagined, and were of a quality that is rarely seen outside of million dollar homes. I am convinced that the installation of this beautiful entryway gate will immediately increase my property value, and it makes the home look elegant and secure. I never thought I would get this level of quality, and I am beyond impressed with the entire process. The gates are heavy and well made, with an attention to detail that is fantastic. The finish work is top notch, and they are powder coated with a rich, dark brown finish that perfectly compliments the house. I can't say enough about the experience, and would recommend All Custom Iron to anyone.
